Work on large-scale custom-designed user-facing applications development prQJects using languages and technologies such as Java Typescript NodeJS js Nuxt NestJS SASS Yarn and AWS.
Technically guide the engineering team to champion software quality and engender technical vision always with a customer-oriented focus.
Provide code reviews and feedback to the team.
Facilitate problem-solving and work with a team to make them a reality.
Manage team planning and delivery and work to improve cadence and speed of delivery supporting the teams commitment to delivery schedules through estimates or empirical forecasting.
Remove impediments and identify surface risks and dependencies to stakeholders before they become blockers.
Keep an eye on the health and happiness of the team members and how they work together.
Work closely with the Product team and the CTO to define and execute the companys roadmap.
Work in a dynamic collaborative transparent young international and fast-paced environment.

Leading Company in the Travel Industry Key Role in the IT Department
7+ years ofexperience as an engineer in web software development.
2+ years of experience in the role of Technical Lead or a similar role with people and delivery responsibility.
Understand how the components of tech infrastructures are used to build complex systems (preferably in Java or NodeJS).
Advanced knowledgeof computer science including Functional and ObJect-Oriented programming data handling and design patterns.
Excellent knowledge of software best practices like Refactoring Clean Code SOLID principles and Encapsulation.
Strongexperience gathering requirements and writing functional and technical specifications.
Solid experience coaching and mentoring other team members.
Extensiveexperience in large-scale cloud systems (preferably deployed to AWS).
Advanced knowledge of Git Git Flow and version control.
Vastexperience working with Agile Lean and Continuous Delivery approaches and best practices.
